Good News: IRCC Accepts PTE Core for Immigration Applications
Canada has accepted PTE for international students is still hot. The government has also announced that:
- From January 30, 2024, IRCC will accept PTE Core for all immigration programs.
- In addition, you can submit the results of the online test.
- Except for the Student Direct Stream (SDS) program.
So, in addition to IELTS general and Celpip general, you can now use PTE Core to demonstrate your English proficiency. The table of scores converted to CLB from PTE Core is as follows:
– TEF and TCF are French language tests.
– PTE Core is for immigration, PTE Academic is for international students.
